Recipe: Blue Tahini Salad

This would have to be one of my favorite salads I've ever made. I would have liked to have added a bit of nori squares in there to add something a bit salty, but I really liked how it turned out regardless.

- 3 cups of mixed greens
- 1 banana
- 1/3 cup blueberries

- 2/3 Tbsp Raw Tahini
- 3/4 Tbsp Raw Agave
- 1 tsp purified water

- For the dressing, mix raw tahini and agave until creamy. Add water until a tad runny. It'll turn a lighter white color
- Toss salad w/ dressing, and there ya have it!

I personally love the taste of this dressing, as it reminds me of halvah (mmmm). Try adding the nori I missed out on for a bit of a salty twist!
