Recipe: Raw Vegan Oatmeal
What I used:
2 tbsp Soaked organic golden flax seeds (I use ground seeds)
3/4 of a banana (I just ate the rest straight)
1 tbsp Pure Almond Butter (optional)
Method:
Soak the golden flax seeds over night (I soak the ground ones for about a half hour). Add 2 tbsps into the food processor with the banana, and blend until it's semi-smooth. Then add in the almond butter. Process until smooth and creamy!
It's so simple!
I topped mine with soaked raw cashews, blackberries or various other fruits, and raw agave nectar, but the choice is yours!
