I was in Boston at the beginning of March for a few days, and although I found some great Vegan dishes at non-vegan restaurants, I found myself to be happiest cooking vegan dishes for my friends where I was staying! They were so open-minded to vegan food, so I made a great CousCous Bean Salad, and for the main course, a tofu-balsamic vinegar stir-fry.
Wouldn't be complete without some dessert! Vegan oatmeal raisin cookies, with a warm glass of almond milk on the side.
