I got my dehydrator!! First order of business: Kale Chips.
These are less recipes than they are just ideas:
Sea Salt and Vinegar:
2 stalks Kale
vinegar
touch of Tamari
Pinch of Sea Salt
Tamari Mustard:
2 stalks Kale
Organic Stone Ground Mustard
Tamari
touch of Agave
Soak, then dehydrate at 105 degrees for 12 hours.
I'm going to be trying more complicated flavours soon, I promise. Pizza Kale Chips here I come!
